Amcor boosts PCR use by 37%
When one of the world's largest packaging producers reports a 37% jump in post-consumer resin use, every reclaimer in the hemisphere feels the signal.

Brand pledges make headlines; converter purchasing makes markets. The story GHD shared at the start of 2021 was the second kind: packaging giant Amcor reporting that its use of post-consumer resin had grown 37%.
Numbers like that are how recycled content stops being a marketing line and becomes procurement. Each percentage point represented bales collected, flake washed and pellets qualified somewhere in the supply chain.
